uh...so, I don't know that much about htpq, I've never gone on the actual run, just party quest, but here's what I know...
Things You Should Know
The level requirement for this party quest is level 80.
You need to have a Papulatus Certificate, Zakum Certificate, .........i give up. trying again later.
